Shipping Policy

Delivery Times for the USA, EU, and the UK

• Free standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping: 2 business days for an additional fee. We offer express delivery via FedEx 2DayAir or DHL for an extra $15 added to your order.
  

International Shipping

• Delivery times depend on the destination country.
  
• Express shipping: 5–10 business days for an additional fee. We offer express delivery via DHL for an extra $20 added to your order.
  

We are not responsible for delivery delays. A delay in delivery is not grounds for order cancellation. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your address is complete and accurate, with correct abbreviations and spacing. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If a package is returned as undelivered, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are not refundable if you refuse to accept the order. In such cases, the initial shipping cost plus return shipping fees will be deducted. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" and do not refund their value.
Shipments from our store are packed in unmarked cardboard boxes to ensure maximum privacy. Delivery notifications do not disclose package contents.

For International Customers

Customs duties, taxes, and other government fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are paid by the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office about these charges before ordering. These fees are collected upon receipt of the package at your local post office and are not additional shipping costs.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, in original packaging).
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

After return approval, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Errors

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.

14-Day Withdrawal Period for the EU

EU customers may return orders within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the items meet the storage conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be credited to your payment account within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at fudevit.contact@gmail.com.
